About Costa Verde
From property to operating environment.
Costa Verde began with residential real estate.
Its next phase is more deliberate: owning and operating places where the setting itself has a job to do.
Light, noise, movement, food, privacy, landscape and social space all influence what a property makes easier or harder. Owning the physical layer allows those conditions to be selected, designed and operated intentionally.
We are applying that principle first to Málaga Haus, a rural property now being created near Málaga.

A property is not neutral.
Every environment changes behaviour before anyone deliberately intervenes.

Owning and operating the property gives us control over variables that temporary venues leave to chance: light, quiet, sleep, movement, food, privacy and how people gather.
Design for use
A beautiful property is not enough. Layout, landscape and operations should make the intended behaviour easier.

The best design decisions come from seeing places used. Our work alongside programs and retreat operators continuously informs how future properties are selected, developed and run.

A rural property near Málaga being created specifically for retreats, recovery, deep work and meaningful gatherings. Costa Verde is currently searching for the property and documenting the process from acquisition through development and operation.

Programs such as the Reverse Aging Challenge provide direct operating insight into how light, landscape, food, movement, recovery, group dynamics and daily rhythm affect an experience.

Málaga Haus
Málaga Haus will be a rural Costa Verde property near Málaga designed for retreats, recovery, deep work and meaningful gatherings.
The property has not been acquired yet.
That is part of the project.
Costa Verde is making the search, acquisition and development process visible as the place takes shape.

Environment as infrastructure
The setting should do part of the work.
A program can compensate for a poor environment, but only up to a point.
Noise, bad sleep, awkward movement, poor food logistics or spaces that work against the group create friction before the actual work begins.
Costa Verde approaches those conditions as design and operating variables.
The objective is not to make the environment impressive.
It is to make the intended use easier.
